This policy explains what information First Coast Front Desk collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
First Coast Front Desk is a local business in St. Augustine, Florida. We set up and manage Ava, an AI receptionist that answers phone calls for home service companies.
What we collect
- Website form details. When you request a trial, audit or call, we collect what you enter: your name, company, phone number, trade and what you're interested in.
- Phone calls answered by Ava. Call recordings, transcripts, and details callers share, such as their name, callback number, service address, the issue they describe, and any appointment booked.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To contact you about the request you sent us.
- To book appointments on the calendar of the business that was called.
- To send call summaries, recordings and booking details to the business that was called.
- To test, troubleshoot and improve how Ava answers calls for that business.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use caller details for our own marketing.
Call recording
Calls answered by Ava are recorded. Callers hear a notice at the start of every call that the call may be recorded, as Florida law requires.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the business the caller contacted and with service providers that help us run the service, such as providers for phone calls and voice AI, scheduling and calendars, email, and website hosting. They may process information only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the business we work for requires, and then delete it.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email firstcoastfrontdesk@gmail.com. If you called a business that uses Ava, you can also contact that business directly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
